(1) Any endangered wildlife or flora or specimen registered in accordance with section 13 or 14 shall not be transferred or renamed without the permission of the management body or the prescribed authority.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the arrangement regarding transfer of rights or permission to name transfer of endangered wildlife or flora or specimens thereof shall be as prescribed.
